Buttercream with Fondant/Gumpaste Accents...the fuzzies in the bow (if you can even see them) came from using cotton balls instead of my normal plastic wrap & paper towels to hold the fluff of the bow. I saw it on a Planet Cake video with cotton balls, but mine left residue behind inside the bow, so won't be using again.
