Cake #3 - 12/18/2009 - This cake was an order for my friend's friend's birthday...I practically did it for free, except she helped buy the ingredients...It's very experimental and very satisfying. I would use chocolate cookie straws but my friend wanted a certain brand but it does not carry chocolate cookie ones. Well, I still need to work on my cake and fondant rolling skills. The pagoda is made out of Rice Krispy Treats, The bottom layer is Chocolate WASC w/ strawberry mousse & 2 boxes of sliced fresh strawberries!! Top layer is chocolate w/ whipped cheesecake filling...There are also the colorful chocolate stones <
