This is a 4 layer Martini cake I did for my friends anniversary at her business. Would make a great 21st birthday cake. It was a lot of fun top do. I carved the sides down at an angle and gave it the illusion of a tospy turvy without all the work. I made the cake board with a lei I got from the party store. It gives it a great effect. Everything was MMF fondant.
