12" Bc frosted with fondant accents.. the barn is cake covered in fondant.. chickens and chicks fondant.. all the rest of the animals were plastic.. mom wanted instead of fondant so they could play with them too.. This was for a one year old had to wait until they picked up to put the name on the cake..
