Customer asked for a cake with themes of crown green bowling, guinness and irish themes this is what I came up with. 9 inch vanilla madeira with jam and butterream. Bowling balls are polystyrene covered in fondant, Guinness pints around the sides of the cake are fondant with harps painted on in edible gold paint. lettering and clovers done in royal icing. Customer loved it and I got a thankyou card in the post a few days later. TFL.
