First 3 Tiered Mini Cake.
Maroon White-chocolate b/c on white- chocolate decadence cake filled with the same as is iced. I tried out making diamond patterns and added dragees. I made this as an early birthday cake for myself. I will be too busy when the real day rolls around.Thr Rose on top is R.I. rose with clear gold all over it and the cakes. 6 in, 4.5 in, & a 2.5 inch square pans.
It is a very pretty cake :D What color did you use for icing? It is very pretty and very dark. I love it.
I used americolor red-red and wilton notaste red and a very little dab of black.

That's gorgeous! Love the look of the diamond pattern on the chocolate and the dragees show up so nicely, they especially pick up the gold foil on your board (or is the foil that picks up the dragees?). Either way, beautiful job on this! Another gorgeous rose! Belated Happy Birthday wishes to you!
