What a cute cake!! Great job! Can I ask how you did the number one? Is it MMF also or gumpaste...and how did you get it to stand up?

I drew the number one out on paper and used it to cut it out of mmf. I let it dry and attached it to a stick with "fondant paste", and let it dry.
