HELLO CAKE BUDDIES! I NEED TO CREATE A TURTLE CAKE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START! I'm thinking of using a round for the shell and cupcakes for the face and legs. I don't think this will be a hard project but I know it would be better if you guys could help me! Any suggestions on how to do this?

When we made our turtle cake we used two rectangular pans for the body. After putting the cream cheese buttercream between the two layers we refrigerated until firm and then carved the shape. We use rice krispy treats for the other part.

Here's the link to the blog article.
