I need help with a fast easy recipe for a frosting and filling that is chocolate and not a buttercream... TIA
Check the recipes here for a ganache, there are many. It can be used as a filling AND to ice your cake, HTH.
Forgot to mention it will go under fondant.. will the ganache work??
