Can I make Mashmallow Fondant today the 20th to use Friday 25th. Thanks much.

Yes, you sure can. Just make sure you coat it in shortening, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then put it in a ziploc bag. Keep in a dry place until you need it. I have done this many many times even a week in advance. Good luck!

Sure! I make it sometime two or three weeks ahead. Rub it with a bit of vegetable shortening, seal in a zip-lock bag, then I place the bag in a plastic storage container. Never a problem!

Ok, after making a so perfect fondant now it wants to be soft what can I do to make it a little harder?

Add powdered sugar to make it a little harder.

you just need to add more powdered sugar. this will stiffen it up a bit.
