Those are beautiful! Now, did you stamp onto the cookie or is it stamped on fondant? They are perfect!
Thank you very much, I bake the cookies and cover it with MMF and then stamp them it is so easy and FUN
Farnaz, your cookies came out great!!! is that fondant? did the letter not stick to the fondant?? I wonder if they can be used on semi-dry royal icing??
Thank you for bringing them...I can't wait to get mine, I have a wedding to attend this weekend!
farnazmom3.. They look great!
Rosie2.. No the stamp will not stick to the fondant !
The cookies I posted this morning, I did in white choc fondant and the stamp never stuck at all.
THANKS GUYS
I use MMF because need more time to dry and help you when you have lots of cookie. I cover them with plastic wrap to avoid drying too
and it's not stick to fondant.
have fun
farnazmom3 your cookies look great, but did you realize you spelled Valentines wrong? Also, what did you use to put the letters on the fondant, did you use rubber stamps or the other ones everyone is ordering?
OMG YOU RIGHT thin4life I spelled Valentines wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO I just finished packing them
yes I use that one you can order from ebay
thanks for telling me
Could you sneak an 'e' in after the 'n' and put a small heart on the 'a'? Otherwise I don't know what else you could do.
Thanks Diane! I just have to experiment with a few cookies to see what looks best.
Back to the oven

Ahhhhh sorry, I didn't notice the spelling either otherwise I would had tell you...but you know what? people read pretty fast (like me!) and they may not notice. The cookies are great and remember...they're going to eat them!
FarnazMom.....I agree with Rosie2 in that your cookies should be fine and no one will probably notice the error anyway. Look how many of us looked at them and only one person noticed the error! We do read quickly and most words are read by our brains in more of a "recognition" mode than a letter mode.
Your cookies look great!! Don't worry about them to much!!
On another note, I just got my mail and still no cutters today. It is really ok because I do not have time to play with them until tomorrow now anyway. Up to my neck in V-Day cakes and frosting!!
Teekakes.. Im guesing you will get them tomorrow! I have a feeling several people will get theirs tomorrow.
Did anyone else do some more shopping while they were on ebay, I just can't resist it once I get going. I think if my husband knew how to block the site from my computer he would!
Anyway, I bought some little mini cutters for cupcake toppers and they arrived this morning.
I've combined a little cupcake cutter with my tiny letter stamps and love the result.

farnazmom3, those are the cutest things I have seen in a long time! I just can't wait to get my set! The kids will be ecstatic!
farnazmom3 I love your cookies, they are fantastic. It's half term here next week and I think I will have to try them out with my boys.
Here is the link to the mini cupcake cutter, it is a UK seller and she sells quite a few mini cutters that are perfect for cupcakes

Thanks Sara awesome mini,s. Can anyone find the shipping charges ? I couldnt find them and dont want to buy anything that has some crazy shiping!
Fiddlesticks, when I look at her page she has postage options towards the bottom where you can select the country it has to be delivered to. I checked for the US and she is quoting £2.50 which is somewhere between $3.75 and $4. She combines shipping. I know if I often look on ebay.com and save items into my ebay, then when I log back into the uk site ebay.co.uk all the currency conversions are done for me showing both the dollar and the pound price.
If you email her she is really nice and helpful, she has over 41,000 feedback so is definately a pro at this!
Sara

Sara
Sara, thank you soooo very much for the link! I will certainly be ordering mini cutters I tend to be a compulsive buyer so I try to hold myself but mini cutter are hard to find so, when I see them I buy them!
Sara how did you do that topper ? Is the whole thing fondant and did you use edible markers for the lines etc or what ? Please !
The whole thing is white fondant, I painted the cupcake case and candle using gel food colouring and a tiny bit of vodka. I brushed the letter part wiht a little bit of pearl luster dust to make the letters stand out a bit more but next time I think I will just put some syrup on and stick some sprinkles on.
It didn't take long, the description probably sounds a bit long winded but I used the one paint brush, I started with the red with a paintbrush moistened in vodka, then rinsed it in less than half a t-spoon of vodka, dipped it in the pink which I then rinsed off in the same vodka and then used the yellow.
