Hi Everyone,

I have a 50th birthday cake due for next week. They have asked if I could do a filling in the cake that had alcohol in it since it is an adults only party. I have done choc cake with kahlua/chocolate filling before, but am wondering if any of you have any suggestions of something that is really good.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!

White or yellow cake w/apricot fill - b'cream w/apricot jam and apricot schnapps. OR use peach.
Butter Pecan cake w/b'cream mixed w/brandied apple fill.

how about ganache with grand marnier, whiskey, brandy. Baileys buttercream, baileys whipped cream.
