Donât know if it can be frozen but it last pretty long in the fridge⦠I like to have some mascarpone at all times so I can whip up a tiramisu should I need a desert at a momentâs notice. The boxes I have right now have an expiration date in early Octoberâ¦

Like the web site link, not sure if will come out right. My SIL is Italian and she uses it as she buys it and does not keep it long.

I think the texture will really be changed if you freeze it.

Good Luck.

Thanks, I guess I'll stay on the safe side and go ahead and use it.
