I am looking for a dark brown colour chocolate buttercream icing. Any suggestions? The icing has to be stiff enough to make roses.

have you looked in the recipe section here??there are a couple of recipes that sound really good

I've been using a recipe I got from this site which can be found here:

I like it for it's stiff consistency and the taste is delicious.

I also on ocassion use Wilton's Chocolate Decorator Frosting which I get at Michael's. It is specifically made for roses and borders etc.
