My niece's birthday cake is a three layer chocolate vodka cake with walnuts, and it has a chocolate caramel filling with a cream cheese frosting. The decorations are fondant with a clear vodka and purple food coloring to make it appear as glass (compliments of Yolanda Gamp's tutorial)
