This train theme cake was absolutely adorable, and very fun to make. I wanted the train to be somewhat 3D, so it looked like it was riding on the tracks. The only thing I would've changed would be the top tier. Maybe painting the clouds with detail instead of fondant. But overall I think this cake was a success! :)
This cake was so much fun to make! I couldve done a little better on the top tier with the scales, but let me know what you think! The cake was vanilla with a strawberry cream filling.
