This is an Ice Cream Cake. Two tiers of kit kat candies attached around the outside perimeter of cake. M&M candies filled the inside perimeter on top of cake. 2 New Toy Monster Trucks were individually attached to bamboo sticks and perched into the cake to look as if one was about to jump through a handmade chocolate circle of flames and another was ripping through the side of the cake trying to get in! There are edible monster jam and happy birthday images on this cake, as well.
Two Tier Chocolate Cake with Cookies and Cream filling. Covered in Green corn syrup fondant. Decorated with a handmade cat on top to match birthday girl's pet. Also added - lots of fondant butterflies, ladybugs and other decorations to show kitty sitting in the garden.
Multiple layers of lemon cake with strawberry and sweet cream buttercream filling. Sculpted buttercream cake to look like the Mad Hatter's Hat in the Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland. The cake board is covered in buttercream and acts as the hat brim. There is a "black hole" carved through the front of the hat to represent the hole Alice fell through into Wonderland. Alice is perched on top about to fall in. LOTS of handmade chocolate decorations for this cake - and topped off with some peacock feathers for good measure.
