I am just playing around with some new Valentine designs today :)
After all the rain we have had over here in the North of England we nearly needed an Ark! This is chocolate and vanilla sponge, ganached with white and dark chocolate. The animals are all hand made from sugar paste and the ark itself was carved from polystyrene.
