Budweiser Beer Barrel Cake
Retirement cake for a friend's father who loves Budweiser. My first attempt at sugar beer bottles. Thanks to BRATTYR for answering my questions about the beer bottle mold. 3 - 8 inch vanilla cake layers with vanilla BC frosting. Isomalt used to make the sugar ice cubes. The bottles are really leaning back more than I would like, but I think it was ok for the first time.

Diamond Ring Cupcake Cake
My girlfriend wanted a diamond ring cc for her bridal shower. This is what I came up with. I should have taken the picture standing on a chair to really get a good picture so you could see the shape of the ring. Oh well, it came out ok. Next time I need to roll out the fondant thicker.

Chocolate Cake Frosted With Choc Bc/ganache
This is a chocolate cake frosted with choc BC then layered with two coats of ganache. Topped off with a choc heart covered with a choc transfer sheet with edible image on top. I made it for a co-worker who did something really nice for my daughter, but she did not want me to find out, but I did. There are still great people out here in the world.

50Th Birthday
My co-workers mother's 50th B-day. It is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I bought the Burvelle's Educated cake pan on EBAY for about $27. You can arrange these little squares in the pan to make any letter or number (small or large). Sure beats buying individual pans for that. It works really well.

Chocolate Wrap
My first attempt at the chocolate wrap. The chocolate cake (recipe from the back of the Hershey's Chocolate... the only chocolate cake recipe I use). The layers are torted and layered with seedless Red Rasperry Perserves, cheesecake pudding made with heavy whipping cream, chocolate ganache. Decorated with fonday ribbon roses and topped with Hershey's mini chocolate pieces.

Tweety Bird
My first cupcake cake and frozen buttercream transfer. These are red velvet cupcakes (20) with cream cheese frosting (background only). I also filled each cupcake with some of the cream cheese frosting. I did this for my cousin's baby shower. She loved it. Dawn, Thank You sooooo much for sharing your technique. Your instructions were great. I used the Walmart brand of fudge frosting and it was perfect for outlining. Now I can move on to more detailed designs. I hope to get as good as you one day.
