This is Buttercream with the MMF accents and chocolate clay horses. This is my first attempt on the chocolate clay.

My Niece's Wedding Cake

I made this cake for my niece. 6 white with Raspberry Filling, 8 White with Strawberry Filling, 10 White Raspberry Filling, 12 Chocolate with Chocolate BC filling, 14 White with Raspberry Filling. This cake gave me so much trouble! Half of the cakes didnt come out and then the fondant didnt want to work. I also had some trouble with the ribbon from the weight of the flowers, and the shells kept slipping off! But other than that it came out pretty good, they where very happy with it.

Whimsical Hawaiian

This is my first attempt on a whimsical cake, with fruit rolls ups and couple of chocolate sea shells, this was sooo fun to make! This is a small wedding cake.

Barbie Cake

I made this cake today for my 8 year old, she wanted Chocolate chocolate. So thats what she got. This is the first time I have done the Basket weave, hard to believe since I've made cakes for 7 years! It was fun and I hope to do it more often.
