Made this all day today... It matches the birthday girl's dress ( an adorably oilily dress). All MMF w/ some buttercream piping and drages. Arms are wire wrapped in fondant and anchored into the two bottom layers inside a 1/2 inch open dowel filled with fondant.
Petite Fours I did for a memorial day gathering
This is a copy of my MM cake I did for a sweet sixteen.
My seconf attempt at a gumpaste bow... Gold luster dust painte onto chocolate fondant.
This is the after version of my Pink and Brown cake. I had to fix it with fondant roses when my gumpaste bow fell off and took half the cake with it!
This is a birthday cake for two ladies named Martha! The M's are gumpaste brushed with gold luster dust and vodka. The rest is MMF with a little buttercream piping to hide my seams. This is the second time I have worked with MMF and it was a little tempermental.
The emblems are colorflow.. my first attempt! The top tier is carved like Superman's emblem.. also my first carving!
