The 8" tier is a styrofoam dummy covered in fondant, using @zoesfancycakes' tutorial (again!), and the 6" tier is a Cookies & Cream cake with buttercream, topped with a gumpaste flower. First time doing this decoration (based on the gazillion ruffled fondant cakes that I've been seeing...), and while it does take a while, it's a lot of fun!
I got the Eiffel Tower topper online, and the baby blocks are fondant (I used @zoesfancycakes' tutorial!), and the blue, silver, & cream decorations are chocolate pearls, candy pearls, and sugar pearls on buttercream!
