This cheeseburger and fries cake is a birthday cake for a friend's son. The bun is made of yellow cake covered in buttercream & tinted fondant (used brown & golden yellow). The top of the bun was baked in a 2qt. glass bowl. The burger is chocolate 9" fudge cake with whipped chocolate ganache haphazardly applied to the sides for texture. The lettuce (leaf green & avocado), tomatoes (red), cheese (golden yellow & orange) & onions are all fondant. The ketchup and mustard (buttercup yellow and golden yellow) are tinted buttercream. The sesame seeds are Rice Crispies.
