High School graduation cake for my niece. Square and double barrel tiers are cake dummies covered in fondant; top tie is strawberry cake with chocolate filling and buttercream icing to look like her band hat (edible image for emblem). Jaguar is school mascot from back of band uniform. 2 sides of square are music theme, 2 sides are New York themed (she marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for 2 years). Pleased with how it turned out but am glad it's over!
