Robot Cupcakes
Supplies: Starbursts (I used two colors but you could choose to use all the colors or even just one.) Smarties or if you don't like Smarties try the Sweet Tart version it just needs to be small enough to fit on the sides of the head. I preferred to have sets of the same color. sprinkles whatever color you'd like Airhead Extremes rainbow belts I think these would be hard to replace because they have the stripes and are easy to cut but I guess you could use a fruit roll up. candy eyes I made these close to Halloween so the candy eyes were easy to find. I am pretty sure you can buy them year round though. Instructions: Unwrap the Starbursts; this will be the main part of the head. Starbursts are a little sticky so you don't need anything to act like glue. The candy will all stick to the Starburst. Place two googly candy eyes on the Starburst head on the front flat part, then two Smarties one on each side of the Starburst, poke a small hole in the top of the Starburst with a small toothpick and place one sprinkle upright in the hole in the Starburst to make an antenna, then take an Airhead Extremes rainbow belt and cut it into a small rectangle and place it under the eyes this makes a mouth. Now you have a cute candy robot for your cupcake. Repeat for each cupcake and place the robot heads on all your cupcakes and you will have the cutest little robot cupcakes!
