Adore 2015 Fashion Issue Cake Central-Tony Ward
so exited and honored to have been asked by CakeCentral magazine . I hardly believed it. So here is my cake inspired by the wonderful design of couturier Tony Ward, his gorgeous ambroidery and use of colors. I tried to translate it into the cake with goldleaf and all kind of colors dust. Gorgeous Outside Vintage Weddingcake
4 tiers vintage outside weddingcake with lace and lots and lots of handmade roses, in softpink shades. red velvet cake, drizzled with licor 43, lovely white chocolate chunks and lemoncurd, with a thick creamy vanilla-mascarpone mousse, ganache and lovely fondant. ony trouble were the wasps ....

Colourful Wedding Cake
this 4 tiers weddingcake is an halal weddingcake, meaning: no alcohol. no animalfats, and insectscoloringpowder. Inside is a light vanilla biscuit, with a drizzle of rosewater, white chocolate chunks, summerfruits, and a fresh vanilla mascarponemousse, whitechocolate ganache and lovely marzipan. Beachcake With Handmade Shells
this cake I made for my mother; celebrating her 73th birthday at the beach; and she passed her doctersexame (she has to every 5 years) So proud of my mum :-) Teaching tai-chi at the beach every sunday and in Amsterdam for the elderly (hahaha beeing 73 herself) So I made this huge cake with all different shells, some Boedhha's and KungFu panda.....

My Own Weddingcake !
the most difficult cake to make; my own weddingcake. How to decorate, what to make? finaly it seem to happen along the way. I made waferper fantasy flowers and dusted them. I than made the cakeboard, with black and gold (as my dress was black lace and organza over champane coloured satin. And so the cake became what its shown overhere. Im proud of it It was lemoncurd/mascarponemousse with pralineganache. with a drizzle of licor 43 (mmm) and vanilla biscuit, and lovely shining goldleaf I hope you like it

Gorgeous Wedding Cake With Lace, Roses And Gold Leave
I was asked by a dutch tv programme to make a weddingcake. So here it is: 4 tiers of mixed marshmallowfondant and marzipan, soflty dusted with champagnedust and silverdust. Highlighted some places with oldpinkdust. With lace and some ruffles, finished it of with gold leave and gumpaste dusted roses. the cake was made of vanilla sponge infused with prosecco; marshmallow/prosecco mousse, raspberrys, rasperrie/mascarpone mousse en raspberrycoelis with deep dark Calabaut ganache.
