A commission for 3 dozen cupcakes for my Aunt's, daughter's, 5th birthday. There was candy everywhere and the color theme was red, teal and white. (which, coincidentally looks like toothpaste!) The cupcakes were red velvet and the frosting swirled the three colors and a "candy fondant" lollipop. As if the kids weren't on a sugar high already~.

A gum paste jack o lantern candy bag (not edible. It was a covered-foam ball) with sculpted fondant-candy pieces; from old fashioned candy buttons, to circus peanuts! (yuk!). The grass was vanilla buttercream while the cake, and torte layer was chocolate.

I was given a calendar of cupcakes for Christmas and told I should do each picture for practice... well, here's one! His head is an ice cream cone covered in fondant. Eyebrows are Italian cookies, the same as the "scales", and the rest is fondant/butter cream
A joint birthday cake for all of my friends (and myself included)! We all were introduced to gaming on the Nintendo and for my first attempt at gum paste figurines, I thought this would be perfect. The toppers were all made of gum paste, while all other decorations were fondant. Of course, all characters are copyright Nintendo
A surprise cake for a good friend of mine who adores LOZ enough to tattoo it on her back~. It was a Sour Cream, vanilla-almond cake covered in butter cream and fondant decorations... and devoured. Copyright Nintendo of course
