My second carved cake. The head is RKTs, held on with 2 skewers for strength, stuck in straws to keep from touching cake. All chocolate layers with vanilla buttercream filling, crumb coat, and frosting. Covered in vanilla fondant, and air brushed.
My first carved cake. Alternating chocolate & orange layers with orange buttercream filling, crumb coat, & frosting. Covered with vanilla fondant, and airbrushed. Eyes, nose, mouth & ears are black fondant.
