3D Sugar beer bottle in a barrel cake The sugar beer bottles and sugar ice chips are isomalt. I made my own beer mould using Easy Mold, a mailing tube, clay and following the awesome tutorial by Chef Dominic Palazzolo. The barrel is half RKT and half pandan chiffon cake made with white chocolate ganache, fondant and modelling chocolate. Beer labels are edible images.

3D Teapot Cake and edible teacups. I just love the meaning behind this cake.The teapot represented the birthday girl turning 90 and each teacup represented her children. The sugar cubes represented her grandchildren (there are 12 in total). The purple rose is a cakepop.

My first attempt at a 3d globe and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Globe and bottom tier were made entirely of vanilla bean cake and filled with chocolate ganache. Continents are made of sugarsheets and globe was airbrushed.
