Retro Kitchen Canisters
Definitely a strange request for a birthday cake! Here are some retro kitchen canisters made from mud cake. It almost brought me to tears, trying to work with fondant, smack bang in the middle of the Australian summer. A sizzling 40 degree heat wave bundle of joy we are having atm…..makes me cringe just thinking about it. Give me 10C any day….and snow! Got to have snow :)

Hawaiian Birthday
I searched the internet high and low for Hawaiian cake inspiration ideas and i struggled to find one out there without water or palm tree decorations. So i decided to do something different and just use frangipani and hibiscus flowers. I am not a flower person and this cake was a true challenge for me!

Puffing Santa! :-)
This is my family Christmas cake for 2013. I wanted to make an impact on the kiddies, so what better way than having Santa pull a HUGE sack of presents around eh? Poor Santa huffed and puffed so much he lost his glasses in the snow! Everything is edible, so they'll be plenty of sugar to go around lol Merry Xmas to everyone, i hope you have a great holiday and please stay safe xoxox

Pink Ruffles
Welcome baby cake! Pink ruffles galore with sugar teddy, which was chosen by Madison's mum :-) This cake was ordered by mum way before the big day. Bub arrived on time and mum even had time to recuperate before the party :-) This is a double barrel choc mud cake, 6kg of it! The ruffles took much longer than i expected. The 1st ruffle went on at 1am and i heard the birds chirping outside and sun rising when i placed the last ruffle on - fiddly little things haha I made the sugar teddy according to mums wishes. It is inspired by the original, I spruced it up a little, changed the colours and colour matched it to the cake :-)

Ivory And Black Wedding
Ivory shimmer & black wedding cake, with mint green highlights to match the bridesmaid dresses. The Bride and Groom sent me a picture of a black and white cake they wanted me to customise to compliment their wedding theme. I added a few items and changed the colours, to produce this creation for their special day. I would love to credit the original cake, but unfortunately through countless web searches, i cannot find its designer to give a shout-out to.
