* Football themed cake (LSU) I made for my dad and his friends who share the same birthday. Covered in ganache and MMF, with gumpaste decorations and chocolate covered strawberry footballs. Names, stripes, and white yard lines are hand cut from modeling chocolate.
* 3 tier cake with white and dark chocolate ganache and MMF. All handmade gumpaste roses, hydrangeas and poppies. My first "professional" looking cake!
