Cynthia's Garden Cake
A birthday cake for Cynthia, who collects eggs from her chickens and grows vegetables on her beautiful farm. The can and the garden box are carrot cake, whereas the other design elements are RKT or GP. I wrote more about how I made this cake on my blog at: Www.ohcrumbsbakery.com/blog

3D Arabian Stallion Horse Cake
This grooms cake was for an equestrian whose family raised Arabians when he was young. The reception was in a converted barn, so the horse theme was doubly appropriate. He asked me to make a replica of his horse when he was growing up, so I did the best I could without a picture of the animal. I used McGreevy's horse head tutorial on Vimeo to help make the head. Loved working with modeling chocolate for the first time!

Ruth's Quilting Cake
This cake was made for a very special 90th Birthday. She enjoys quilting and has made a quilt with the pattern I used on the side of the cake. I made my own mold for the scissors and everything else is gp or fondant. I labeled the tape measure with '90' as the final number, which I hope will only keep going! This cake fun especially because I kept wanting to grab the sugar tools instead of the 'real' instruments I was copying! TFL. (more at ohcrumbsbakery.com)

Zoo Birthday Cake
My daughter loves the zoo and especially the giraffes so for her party we had to have a strawberry zoo cake! The giraffe and girl topper were made with a wire frame and gumpaste. I made the molds for the elephant and lion. First Impressions made the molds for the other animals. The birthday girl was so excited!
