These are some of my favorite cakes. Kaylynn's banner is made of cookies and the gates are made of gumpaste "painted" with thick royal icing and modeling chocolate. I love the dinosaur skeleton cookies too. They're chocolate sugar cookie with royal icing bones.

Cowgirl Ryliegh

Boots and buckle are made of gumpaste, (my first cowboy boots!) bow and belt are made of fondant. I painted the cow print on the buttercreme rather than add additional fondant to the cake and the bandana was store bought and dyed with food coloring. ;) Was not feeling my best the day I put this cake together, but Ryliegh and her mom loved it!

Daughter's Wedding Cake

My daughter had an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding. I did her cake, wouldn't let her help design it so it was a complete surprise to her. The only input she was allowed was the flavor. Almond poppy seed. I filled it with a triple berry filling and it was a huge hit.
