Happy Dia De Los Muertos! I was super excited to be asked to take part in SUGAR SKULL Bakers this year to celebrate this Mexican Celebration of the Day of the Dead. My skull is made of white chocolate and hand carved, then hand painted and embellished with Flexipaste sugarlace. The flowers are made of wafer paper and the extra skulls hiding in there are isomalt, sugar and/or chocolate.
All edible, beach themed cake with blue ombre rainbow cake inside. 12", 9", 7" cakes. x
Sugarcake rainbow unicorn cake - I never thought that I would make a cake that fitted this category! But goodness me here it is lol! The unicorn is made out of modelling chocolate and it was my first ever cake using this medium.
