I enjoyed making this cake! Two tier vanilla cake filled with pineapple (bottom tier) and dulce de leche (top tier). Covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant. 2D bird house and 3D bird made with fondant/CMC. Color scheme: Green, pink and beige. Not all shades of pink match all shades of green. It was very tricky to find the right combination. With matching cookies! ;)
