Grace - Sugar Dolls Around The World Collaboration
My doll represents England, I wanted to make a girl going to the famous Ascot horse race where the ladies wear elegant dresses and extravagant hats. She’s hand modelled with modelling paste, her dress is made with edible printed wafer paper, as well as horses on the bottom tier. I added a rose as final touch. In an early celebration of World Doll Day, 19 sugar artists from all over the world came together to showcase dolls from different countries and to spread a universal message of love and happiness

Puerto Rican Parrot
I’m so happy to be part of this amazing project for endangered animal awareness… Each artist chose an endangered animal to create and here is my Puerto Rican Parrot, that I called “Felipe”. He’s life sized (about 30 cm) and he’s made of modelling chocolate and modelling paste, all airbrushed and hand painted. I added an hibiscus and some berries

Christmas In Frostington Collaboration - Girl Who Makes Shopping
Here’s the extra item I made for Christmas in Frostington Collaboration, a girl who makes shopping :-) Hope you like her :-) xxx Please visit the shop section in the website, you can buy ruffle tickets and win amazing prizes and you can find many incredible tutorials!!! And most important thing you help this great cause! <3 https://www.facebook.com/christmasinfrostington2014/app_251458316228 Christmas in Frostington is a collaboration of bakers from around the world who have come together to bake up a storm for charity . . . and not just 1 charity, but THREE! Alzheimer’s Society, Australia’s Melanoma Research Foundation, and Icing Smiles. These magical charities help those in need every day and since we’re coming up to the most magical time of year – Christmas! What better time could there be to help out such wonderful charities. Each baker has created a piece of edible art that represents an element found in an Iconic Christmas Village Scene. These items have all come together to create our very own Magical Village – Frostington! As the saying goes . . . “It takes a Village” and with that, each of our bakers has also donated a tutorial or recipe that have been made into downloadable booklets that will be sold. Along with the proceeds from our raffle, we aim to raise as much money as possible for these amazing charities. We hope you enjoy Christmas in Frostington and help us help these amazing charities! http://christmasinfrostington.org/

Hermès Kelly Bag Cake
Finally the opportunity to try to make a cake in the shape of the bag, it was a while that I wanted to make one. The color should be black, I thought of a Hermès Kelly with a crocodile texture. The base is a butter sponge cake 30×30 cm, which I then divided in layers, filled with raspberry cream and chocolate ganache and then carved to create the shape of the bag. The decorations are sugar paste and gum paste. The bag measures 28 cm wide and 20 cm high (excluding handle). Hope you like it :-)

Mickey Mouse & Friends Choo Choo
* I made this cake to celebrate the birthday of Riccardo, who loves the trains, and I thought to create a winter theme. The train is butter sponge cake filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberries. I used royal icing to make the snow. The snowman is made with marshmallow rice cereals covered with fondant. All decorations are handmade with fondant and modelling paste. Hope you like it :-) TFL
