I used foam board and Styrofoam to make the wings look raised. It is iced in BC with fondant accents. TFL
This was done for a girl whose bday falls on "Devil's night" They were doing a halloween theme and thought that since she likes the princesses, it would be cute to make a villian castle with the princesses locked up inside. I used the wilton castle kit. The figures were bought at the dollar store. I used princess stickers and royal icing to make the windows look like they had bars over them. I have done princess cakes before but this one was alot more fun!! TFL
This cake was huge! It was a 16 inch square covered with BC and fondant accents. My DH made the field and put alot of input on this one, I needed it. I don't watch much baseball. TFL
This was for my nephew, he love Buzz and Woody. Covered in BC with alot of fondant accents and his figurines. The pillars are covered in fondant and decorated to look like bandanas. This was alot of fun. TFL

You can't tell from the picture but his feet went up and down. I asked my cousin to help with a stand and he made it for me. His feet are operated by a small motor underneath. It was really cool and my nephew loved it! Mumble was made from the stand up bear pan with 2 8 inch rounds underneath that I carved to get the shape I wanted. I used both the grass and a star tip to to decorate. Got some ideas from other CC users. TFL
This was for a boy who loves dinosaurs. My DH made a stand for me out of foam board and attached it to my cake board so the dino would be raised. I used 2 10 inch rounds for the dino and made a rock out of what was left. I star tipped it with buttercream and covered the rock and egg with fondant. The spikes are also made of fondant and I inserted toothpicks to make them stay in the cake. I really enjoyed making this and his mom was so happy she gave me $20 more than it cost. TFL
This was done for a girl at my church. She wanted a Bratz cake that was purple and yelllow. I used a batter bowl for the dress and a 10 inch underneath. The dress is covered in fondant and all accents are fondant. I shimmered everything to make it sparkle. TFL

This was done for an Open House for a new office building. This was my first attempt at a building cake and with my hubby's help, I am happy with how it turned out. TFL
This cake was done for client who hates fondant and did not want any on her sons cake. She asked if I would use candy instead. The small tugboat was the smash cake. Even though i would have done it differently I am happy with the outcome and so was she. TFL
All fondant accents outlined with royal icing. I cut the straws down before the shower started. This was my first time using the spiral rolling pin and I loved it. TFL
