I’ve made this cake for my nephew’s birthday – she wanted a pink cake :) The cake features hand-cut letters on top and sugar flowers between layers.

I was searching for an elegant yet simple wedding cake idea. Classic form is to deliver a universal wedding look and sugar flowers will add beauty, tenderness and colour. Working on this cake I was inspired by cakes and sugar flowers by Ron Ben-Israel.
