Made this cake for 14 yr. old girl (friend of my son) who was celebrating being in remission from Leukemia. She created the abstract artwork on the left during her chemotherapy - as a therapeutic outlet. I used the frozen buttercream transfer method to put it on top tier. Other colorful designs that I piped on sides of bottom tier were drawn by her as well. 03/08/2013
