My first attempt at a wedding cake, I made my sister's wedding cake. And to top off my craziness, the cakes and the buttercream icing traveled by plane from New Jersey to Virginia. And I put the cake together in Virginia at my parents' house. I carried all the cake decorating equipment with me. Both the cake and I survived, which is a miracle!
