I wanted to make something beautiful for my cycling pals. They loved it! I was inspired by a wooden music box with Christmas tree on the top. It was fun making all these little ornaments from sugar paste… I truly enjoyed making this cake.

I based this cake on an enchantment table from the well-known video game Minecraft. The geometric aspect of it was time consuming however, the result was enough to bring a smile to the birthday boy.

When I first saw a Mich Turner's Cake Masterclass book, a certain flower arrangement caught my eye and I couldn't wait to apply the idea on a cake. A friend of mine, a mother of four lovely children, asked me to do an Easter cake for her family and their guests. The cake was a hit and the children couldn't resist to eat all its decoration to the last petal and bee!
I saw a design like this on Internet and I liked it! I made my own version of it, and it looked really nice :) It was easy to make yet it looks great, with the flower and bow being the main focus of the cake.
