First time doing rosettes on a cake. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling, covered in vanilla buttercream, with fondant plaque and sixlets. This is a pretty birthday cake for a lovely friend who is fighting cancer.
This is made by using gumpaste with stamped design, gourmet food marker and dragees attached with royal icing.

Heath and Casey's wedding cake. Snowflakes and Bling. Covered with homemade marshmallow fondant. Used Royal icing to attach rhinestone banding and fondant/gumpaste snowflakes. Ran battery operated lighting down one side of the cake and under the cake stand.
