I made this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I wanted to represent all three realms of Equestria - Ponyville, Canterlot, and Cloudsdale. Base is chocolate chip with strawberry buttercream and mmf. Mid section is chocolate with salted caramel buttercream and mmf. Top is coconut filled with pineapple buttercream and iced with coconut marshmallow frosting.
