My 3:30 am cake! I was up very late last night. All edible except the wire and fishing pole. The shark is RKT covered in fondant and hand painted. I don't have a picture of the inside but it was red, orange, yellow, green and purple stripped. I'm going to ask my customer if she took one. Coconut cake with cream cheese frosting. The lettering and rainbow are pieced together printed images (photoshop is a must for this type of work!) The cake was approx 10"x18"

I LOVE this cake! I have been wanting to make one like it ever since I saw the design on The Pink Cake Box website. It's my favorite flavor too - lemon cake with lemon curd filling.
