As a hobbyist/beginner cake decorator I can't always wait for some special occasion, could it be my kids birthday for instance or halloween, just to have fun and get some practice! so I decided I wanted to do something different, bit more targeted to adults rather that children. Here I've made my first ever very humble roses. Also, I haindpainted the bottom tier and had a go at the fringe trend on the top tier. The heart is RKT. I also tried (not very successfully) to panel the bottom tier with fonfant rather than covering it the conventional way...the main thing is...I HAD FUN DOING IT ;-) it was all about exploring new things!
This my 2nd cake ever and I'm bit anxious to know what you think :) I wanted to thank the person who shared the baby croc pattern on CC!
