I'm not that proud of the decorating, but this was made for a 15-year-old that LIVES on Facebook, so I (with help from a friend) created a "fake" Facebook page, by starting with hers, then replacing the posts with "fake" birthday greetings from all her family members, using Photoshop. Then, sent the jpg off to have an edible image created. I THINK she will like it.
My great nephew wanted a cotton picker and a combine on his fourth birthday cake. I got some ideas from cakecentral, and winged it the rest of the way. It was fun!!

My great nephew's 3rd birthday was in a caboose at McDonald's, with a Thomas theme. He loves Thomas, and tractors, and anything with wheels. Also loves "waterfulls," so I worked one in. Animals and Thomas figures are plastic, so it was very easy. "Mountain" and round hay bales are Cocoa Krispie treat (ideas from CC).

My great nephew is turning 2 and LOVES cranes, as well as dump trucks, bulldozers, etc. But, I HAD to make him a crane. The arm is 3 dowel rods covered with royal icing. Cable is shoestring licorice; "logs" are pretzel rods, wheels/tracks are chocolate biscotti, covered with fondant, and licorice pieces. It was VERY fun and quick to make!!
