The cake was carved to look like the summer uniform shirt. I used chocolate cake mix with buttercream icing and ganache. I then covered it in fondant. The campaign hat was made using a dummy cake and modeling chocolate then covered in fondant. I made all food grade molds to achieve the shape of the accents I used on the shirt and hat.
