My little boy turned 3! His favorite show is Sheriff Callie's Wild West and his favorite character is Peck, the woodpecker deputy! So of course this was the perfect theme for his cake. I spent some time making it, but the look on his face was priceless! And it was all worth it!!!

I made this cake to celebrate the 4th of July with my Family. For the first time I entirely decorated the whole cake with modeling chocolate only. The top tier was designed after uncle Sam’s hat. The bottom tier represents America at night, waiting for the fireworks to start… dark blue skies, black horizons and silver landmarks.
This cake was to thank my children's teacher for all the great work she did this year. I decorated it with all the things she taught them along the year. It has letters, shapes and the funny puppets she uses to sing "slippery fish".
The ranunculuses are made of wafer paper. This is the first time ever I tried this medium to make flowers and I’m very pleased with the overall results.
My Dad's birthday was coming up and I was trying to figure out the theme for his birthday cake, I had some ideas but none of them seemed to be the right one for him. I was a week away from his party and still wasn't sure of the theme, so I decided to ask my mom, and I'm glad I did, she gave me the perfect idea: a Yosemite Sam cake. My dad loves the Looney Tunes but Yosemite Sam it's his favorite and he also loves western movies, so it was perfect. This is the cake that I created for my Dad, and the best part is that he was very happy with it. Mission accomplished!!! :-)
