This cake was requested for a client that wanted to surprise her husband with a cake that best described him. Since he was a car mechanic, this is what I came up with. Everything is edible.
This cake was requested from a high school classmate mine for her baby shower. Her theme was "Little Prince" Everything is edible, including the shoes.
Getting on the "Unicorn Cake" band wagon, here is my take this the original colorful unicorn cake.
So I made this cake for an Emoji lover. They said I could design whatever I wanted, so naturally, I made the emoji cake symbol as her cake.
So.... This cake took me 2 days to make. It was a Chanel inspired cake. Everything was completely edible, except for the diamond border on the bottom square tier. The purse, and the chain of the purse is edible. My best cake yet :)
So, this cake I created at the mothers request. The Mother to Be was blown away when the cake arrived.
This cake was requested for her husband who LOVES playing dominos. She sent me a picture of more or less what she wanted but she did not like fondant so she requested it to be in frosting. She did not like the name plate, and wanted something different for the Happy Birthday plate instead. So this is what I came up with :)
So this cake and cupcake were donated for a major event held by MDA called "Super Hero Poker Rally" The cake was done with the logos of MDA and the winners of the event, MiniPR. The cupcakes each have super heroes on fondant toppers.
These cupcakes were requested for a Lego themed birthday party. It is a two tone swirled cupcake with a fondant topper with an edible image of the Lego characters. The client was extremely excited when they arrived.
I was requested a vanilla cake with the Cherry Jam character incorporated somehow. So I did the Cherry Jam on edible paper and completely did the art in Photoshop. (Except for the doll) The star and name were all done in Photoshop from scratch.
This was a laste minute cake I did for a friend. He never expected it.
This rose cake was done for my mothers 50th birthday. She requested an almond flavored cake with red roses.
These cupcakes are done with a 1M tip to create the rose. This was a small batch I did for Mother's Day
Here is an infinity inpired cake I did for my daughter in laws best friend. She really loves the Infinity symbol so that was what I did. It is 2 8"x3" round cakes carved and placed together to do the infinity symbol. The topper was done in wire and handmade to look like the infinity symbol with her name in it.
This cake was done for my cousins 11th birthday. I asked what she wanted and was very precise. She wanted a vanilla cake with buttercream in pink and white and had to have pink and white roses on top. The writing was done in edible paper edible ink.
I did this cake for a little boys birthday. The Mom said I could experiment so I choose to do a two toned cake. It has an edible image of a character from the video game, Destiny.
This cake took 2 days for me to do. I did this for my brother in laws girlfriends birthday. She was totally smiling from ear to ear.
This cake took me a little over of 5 hours to make, between the mixing, baking, cooling, and preparing the decorations. It is a stained glass effect cake that has been placed on top of a candle stick to make it look like a Tiffany Lamp. I followed this tutorial for the stained glass effect. I would love to see what others come up with.
So my mother wanted me to do an almond cake for her 51st birthday.... How could I ever refuse? Mind you it is a buttercream cake. No fondant was used.

I was asked to do a Spiral Cake for a kids birthday party. It was the PBS cartoon character Daniel Tigers Neighborhood. My client wanted the cake to have the look as if the trolley was windings down the cake as a mountain. The challenege was fnding enough photos and information on how to carve the cake its self which I found to be the most tricky part. Over all, the clients loved the cake, the party was a hit, and the end result of the cake... well, see for yourself. :)
My exclusive buttercream frosting with blue piping gel to represent the water waves and graham cracker crumbs to represent the sand.
