Classic 60
The traditional wondermold cake in a not so traditional barbie body. Had to remove head, arms, cover bust in black fondant and then layer dress to fit. Since it wasn't for a little girl, a classier dress was required. Added two little fondant shoes as a side decor. Ended with a pearl necklace and the matching bottom border made of Sixlets.

Rodeo Graduation Cake For A Rodeo Loving Graduate The Left Cake Is A Bull Although Hard To See Because Of It Being So Dark Had Trouble
Rodeo graduation cake for a rodeo-loving graduate. The left cake is a bull, although hard to see because of it being so dark. Had trouble getting the horse to stand because of it's flimsy legs. I should have made it a few days in advance to let it dry out well. At the last minute I thought the oven would advance the drying process but being sugar it made it completely soft. So, I stuck it in the freezer for about 1/2 hour before having to deliver it. As a final support I used a bale of hay to prop it up.
